In case of a forecasted snowfall greater than 2 inches, it is important that no vehicles are parked on the off street parking areas in front of your homes. They cannot be plowed properly. Move your cars onto your driveway and leave them there until after plowing is complete. Thanks


It is your responsibility to shovel the sidewalk in front of your home.

THE CITY  STARTED TO ISSUE PERMITS FOR FENCES IN OUR SUBDIVISION SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. FENCES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD AND A CITY PERMIT IS REQUIRED.

​REMINDER

Assessments are $65 a month starting in January of 2023. This was approved by the Board and homeowners at the annual budget meeting on December 7th. This is our first increase in 20 years!

DOGS

Dogs must be on a leash at all times. All dog waste must be picked up immediately by dog owner. Thanks.

OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING

You can request overnight parking on the street for your car, RV, or boat by calling the Police on their non emergency number or visiting their website.

​PROTECT YOUR STUFF​

Please be sure to apply 2 to 3 inches of mulch 12 to 18 inches around your air conditioners, cables, and other items that could be damaged by a lawn mower or weed whacker. Also remember to remove all personal items from the lawn on landscaping day which is usually a Friday depending on weather.​
